Registered Home Inspector

RHI is a trademark protected designation owned and licensed by the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors CAHPI. RHI is the highest professional designation awarded in Canada. It is awarded under license to member inspectors of CAHPI who have proven their competency through education, written examinations, field testing and experience evaluations. Registered Home Inspectors must re-certify every 5 years and maintain their CAHPI membership in good standing.

W E T T Certified Inspector (Member 5723)

WETT is a specialized certification based on solid fuel burning technology. A inspector is a certified individual with sufficient competency to inspect wood burning appliances, installations and related equipment.

Certified Thermographer Level 1

Certified training in the use of infra-red camera(s) used to generate thermal imaging in building investigation.




Required technical training nationally recognized; plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical, building code, ventilation.

Extensive experience in building construction, single family homes, multi unit, wood frame and concrete highrise.

The inspector will climb and walk on the roof unless unsafe to do so.

Over 7000 inspections performed in Halifax.

Participating supplier with the federal government integrated relocation program. (IRP).
