  • Relocation Inspection: The relocation inspection can either be pre-sale or pre-purchase.
  • Infra-red: Infra-red scanning employs a specialized camera to track and identify moisture and heat transfer by way of heat emmisivity.
  • Multi-unit Buildings: A thorough, unbiased building assessment combined with a detailed unit by unit inspection.
  • Commercial: A thorough assessment that will provide valuable information.
  • New Construction: A detailed assessment prior to occupancy of a property. The National Building code comprises minimum safety standards not minimum building standards.
  • Maintenance Inspection: A maintenance inspection is a service provided to home owners every 3-5 years. This type of inspection provides valuable information that helps home owners be pro-active on repair and maintenance schedules.
  • New Home Warranty Inspection: A warranty inspection is usually occurs sometime within the first year of occupancy. The inspector is trained in and aware of established warranty performance guidelines.
  • Radon Testing: Radon is a radioactive gas that is formed naturally by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water. Radon cannot be detected by the senses, being colourless, odourless and tasteless. However, it can be detected with special instruments.

  • Single Family Home Inspection: $ 425.00 + tax ($488.75).
  • Specialized (WETT): $250.00 + tax.
  • All prices are + hst.
  • All other Inspections will be quoted on an individual basis
