RHI is a trademark-protected designation owned and licensed by the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (CAHPI) — the highest professional certification awarded in Canada. It is earned through rigorous education, written examinations, field testing, and experience evaluations. RHIs must re-certify every five years and maintain their CAHPI membership in good standing.

WETT certification is a specialized credential in solid-fuel burning technology. A WETT-certified inspector has demonstrated sufficient competency to inspect wood-burning appliances, installations, and related equipment — an important add-on for any home with a fireplace, woodstove, or insert.
Certified Thermographer — Level 1
Formal certification in the use of infrared cameras for thermal imaging in building investigation. This training ensures the camera is not only used, but interpreted correctly — identifying hidden moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, and heat-transfer anomalies that can't be seen with the naked eye.
